Questions

Booking FAQs.

Everything about appointments, in one place.

How do I book an appointment?

Call the front desk of the clinic you want to visit; each clinic manages its own appointments. Medstar Clinics also has online booking and a WhatsApp line, and PKG Medical College takes online requests.

Can I book through Dr. Deb’s own number?

His number, +91 86389 57926, is for general queries. Please book through the clinic, except for the Basirhat OPD, which is booked on this number.

Is Dr. Deb available on weekends?

Yes. PKG Medical College on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Phoenix Medical Centre on Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 8 PM, and Basirhat on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Any X-rays, MRI films or CDs and their reports, previous prescriptions and a list of your current medicines. Wear loose clothing so the painful joint can be examined easily, for example shorts for a knee problem.

What is the consultation fee?

Fees are set by each clinic. Please ask the front desk when you call to book.

What if I am running late or need to cancel?

Call the clinic as early as you can so they can move your slot or offer it to another patient.
